Our Soil Remediation company handles all types of Hydrocarbon impacted soil, any spill of any size will generate impacted soil that must be handled in special accordance with ADEC regualtions.  Our dedicated staff can help you in the time of need and help achieve site closure.

Our water remediation systems are the top of the industry when it comes to extraction, and inner-Unit treatment.  We have (3) High Vacuum Extraction self contained Clay/Carbon treatment systems.  They are unique to the fact they are each self contained and very mobile.  We have the ability to take one of our systems to a job site and treat all impacted water on site.  Each of the units is rated to handle up to 200,000 gallons of impacted water per filter recharge.  We can handle up to 3600 gallons per hour. 

TC Enterprise is proud to have some of the greatest minds in Alaska employed as service and support for our consulting division.  We have Geologists, Engineers, Certified Inspectors, and offer a full line of Hazardous Waste Education classes, including the HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry, and other classes from the 29CFR 1910 (General Industry Standard Series)

TC Enterprise can move many types of Hazardous Waste.  We have (2) specific trucks made for hauling impacted soils.  These trucks have an inset liner in them to prevent any migration of the impacted soil during transport, and a top liner that exceeds ADEC standards.  TC Enterprise also has the ability for hauling waste to our treatment facility by Kodiak's Only Cert. Vac. Truck.

Our Board Certified Environmental Inspector, can inspect, test, and remediate any type of Mold, or Mold spores.  This can be done in any type of application (Residential, Industrial or Commercial).  We have trained professionals to execute any scope of work involving Mold Abatement.

With over 10 years of Asbestos Abatement and over 60 Remote Alaska locations under our belt we have more then just experience in Asbestos Abatement we have hands on knowledge and commitment to your Abatement needs.  We offer in-house services to keep all costs to a minimum, and maximize the client’s dollar.  We have completed contracts for NOAA, FAA, AEA, ADEC, and USCG.  We also offer private financing for residential home owners who need this work done.  Safety is our #1 concern and the need to get the job done right.

If you are in need of a Phase I inspection, we can help.  A site walk, a visual report, and background data including aerial photos, and surrounding area information.  A phase II, including site work such as Characterization samples, and initial reports with any regulatory agencies. We can also assist in Phase III, which includes all site work, closure samples, and final reports.

With many aspects of heavy equipment we can excavate any UST or LUST anywhere.  We have mobilized as far as Adak, Alaska to remove 4 LUST's for the US Fish and Wildlife Agency.  Our tank closure specialist has pulled more then 2000 tanks across Alaska, and Decommissioned more then 1200 personally. Our experts can solve any UST or LUST problem that could arise.

With an in house instructor we can train, educate, and provide continuing education for responders for all of Alaska.  We maintain a database of 30 people to respond to a spill and can mobilize in less then 3 hours, including equipment.  A statement no one else can make in Alaska.  We have our own water transportation so we do not have to wait to begin spill procedures.

TC Enterprise offers a full line of apartment housing for low to high end rentals.  We have units primarily in Kodiak, and maintain multiple sources in the event we cannot offer housing.  Corporate rentals are available in fully furnished status.

In 2007 TC Enterprise was awarded contracting work for military housing.  In our first year of the contract some major accomplishments were made.  We in half the time, completed more units in the 22 year tracked history. He accomplished this with half the budget from the previous year, and helped establish new time saving, and cost effective solutions that guaranteed Profit Margins for the BOSS contractor.  During COMM season we employed more then 20 people.
